Sparkling Viognier

This 100 percent varietal sparkler is produced form the Adkins Family Estate Vineyard in the Alta Mesa appellation. Beautiful in the glass, this bubbly greets you with ripe pear and citrus aromas leading to flavors of bright tropical fruit with hints of apple and grapefruit. Crisp and full of character this easy drinking bubbly is great on its own or try with Asian (think sushi, Thai or your favorite soft cheeses and charcuterie.
