2017 Cabernet Sauvignon

Our very first vintage of this varietal. Only 100 cases produced. This beautiful dark garnet colored wine, leads to blended aromas of black currant, clove and deep black cherries.  This bouquet carries over into the flavor and is joined with rich, dark chocolate tones as well as a compelling mineral note. Finishes nicely with smooth, sweet tannins and a long juicy quality.
